# Roasted fish soup
Ingredients:
3 bites of grilled fish or dried fish
5 small tomatoes
6 to 7 slices thinly sliced
2 to 3 lemongrass stems (thinly sliced)
6 to 7 orange leaves
3 tablespoons fish sauce
10 dried peppers
5 red onions, split in two
2 tablespoons ripe tamarind juice
Ginger
1 liter of water
How to do
Bring water to a boil, add red onion, rhubarb, orange leaves, lemon leaves, then add fish sauce, ripe tamarind juice and tomatoes and boil for about 2 minutes.
When the water is boiling, tear the fish (torn into pieces) and add the bay leaf and pepper.
