#How to make boat noodles
Ingredients:
Beef (thin slices)
Beef Bone Soup
Beef meatballs
_ Fresh cow blood
_Noodles
Soybeans, garlic, ginger, ginseng
_ Sugar, Bing Cheng salt, fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper, Chinese medicine, roasted garlic.
How to do:
Bring water to a boil, add bone broth, and add sugar, salt, bicheng, fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper, Chinese herbs, ginger and yolks.
Boil water and take the noodles, lentils and beans to soften and put on a plate, then add the beef and meatballs, but do not overcook and put on top of the noodles and vegetables.
When the soup is cooked, take a little cow's blood, pour in the broth and mix it with the broth. Garlic on top is ready.
