1- One duck cut into pieces, not too small

2- 50 grams of dried banana flowers soaked in water to soften the whirlpool

3- 2 garlic leaves, sliced or sliced at the end of the leaf

5- 1-2 tablespoons thick chicken soup

6- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

7- Half a teaspoon of salt

8- A little sugar

9- Bicheng a little

៙ How to do:

First, soak the duck in hot water for 25-30 minutes, then extract it and wash it in cold water. Back.

2- Then put the duck in the steamer until it is brittle (do not force the fire).

3. When the duck is crumbly, add garlic, chicken broth, fish sauce, salt, sugar, bean curd and banana flowers and stir together.

4. Leave the broth for a while, when you put it on a plate, add garlic leaves on top.
